Leadership & Philosophy
Our philosophy is straightforward: simplify our customers' IT infrastructures.

Arguably, the headaches of managing and budgeting complex IT environments will probably never go away, so we are here for our customers for the long haul to deliver smart solutions designed specifically to simplify their IT infrastructure. Patrick Hiller, Co-Founder & CEO
Patrick Hiller earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology before entering the IT management industry. After serving in various leadership roles for IT companies such as Sun Data (now Solarcom) and Venture System Source, he co-founded Abacus Solutions with Ken Snuggs in July 2000. As CEO, Patrick has helped define the guiding principles that have led to the company's immense success.
Ken Snuggs, Co-Founder
Ken
Snuggs is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, earning his
degree in Industrial Engineering with honors. In July 2000, Ken left his
position at Venture System Source to co-found Abacus Solutions with Patrick
Hiller. As President and COO, Ken guides the everyday company operations
to ensure a consistent level of quality products and services.
Steve White, CFO
Steve White earned both an Accounting degree and MBA with an emphasis in Information Technology from Westminster College of Salt Lake City. Steve has extensive experience as an IT Auditor for both Big 4 accounting firms Ernst & Young and KPMG. Before joining Abacus Solutions, Steve was Controller of the Engineering & Technology department at Georgia-Pacific. As Sr. Controller at Abacus, Steve works closely with Operations to control costs and ensure exceptional quality, as well as guide successful implementations, process controls, financial accounting, planning and analysis.
Joe Corbett, COO
Joe Corbett has over 13 years experience in Sales & Management having joined Abacus Solutions in 2002 as an End-user Sales Rep before moving into the Sun Wholesale Group. His demonstration of management and leadership skills earned him an opportunity in early 2007 to serve as Sales and Operations Manager. In this role, Joe succeeded in streamlining warehouse operations while enhancing sales processes in the Wholesale group. This led Abacus in the first quarter of 2008 to name Joe to the position of Chief Operating Officer where he oversees Sales, Logistics, and the Abacus Technical Center.
Joe, his wife Erin, and son reside in the Metro-Atlanta area
