1. Schedule – Confirm target dates and times for onsite data center audit

3. Arrive – Abacus W-2 system engineer(s) arrive as scheduled and customer provides proper access to data center
4. Audit – At customer’s data center Abacus engineer(s) will perform a hardware inventory for all agreed areas
5. Deliverable – After audit, Abacus will provide customer a proper listing stating all hardware, specifically identifying location, serial number, OEM, general conditions, and any need specifics
6. Options – From audit finding and as needed by customer Abacus will make the following recommendations:
1. Address any immediate issues realized from audit
2. Optimization and virtualization
3. Reduce maintenance support costs
4. Enhance and test business continuity
5. Simplify by outsourcing IT infrastructure
6. Offer to buy any equipment of value for sale
