| Full Service Support |
- Abacus Full Service Support is offered nationwide to all major US cities. The Abacus commitment level is phone support 24 hours a day 7 days a week with an engineer on-site in 4 hours. Through our partners across the United States we are able to offer technical support to all major US cities. Our in-house personnel serves as the technical backbone.
- Our hardware & software maintenance services include an initial consultation with your IT staff and equipment asset review, 4 hour on-site response time, 24/7 one point of contact 1 800 phone or e-mail support, hardware problem monitoring and reporting product, and an on-site maintenance kit.
- An experience technician will be assigned to your account, so you can become familiar with the same service technician. In addition, your assigned service technician can be available for data center moves, consultations, and other ad hoc service solutions needs at an additional hourly rate.
- This package also comes with this service quality guarantee: If for some reason we are unable to repair your equipment effectively or within a reasonable amount of time, the original manufacturer will be called to you at no additional expense.
- Hardware needs not readily available from onsite maintenance kit will be shipped out for delivery next business day at no additional charge.

- Abacus Self Service Support is offered anywhere in the United States to all English speaking customers world-wide. The Abacus commitment level is phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Self Service Support Offering is the same as the Full Service Support but with the customer being our technical on-site support, with our in-house personnel as the technical backbone.
- Service highlights include 4 hour phone support response time, 24/7 one point of contact 1 800 phone or e-mail support, hardware problem monitoring and reporting product, and an on-site maintenance kit.

| First Aid w/ Phone Support Option |
- Abacus First Aid Kit with Phone Support Option is offered anywhere in the United States and to all English speaking customers worldwide.
- The Abacus First Aid Kit allows you to be your own service provider. We sell you a one time first aid kit of potential problem hardware (memory, disk drives, RAID controllers, etc.) with instructions on how to install and apply to your system so you can be self sufficient.
- If needed, at an additional charge, Abacus skilled technicians are available for phone support. Abacus commitment level is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a next business day response time.
